Refund Policy

All activities have a NO REFUND POLICY for cancellations made within 48 hours or less. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled activity are not eligible for a full refund. Tours and activities that use airlines (ie. tours to other islands) cannot be cancelled less than 1 week prior to the tour date. There is no service charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours or 1 week (for airline/flight tours).

For the majority of the activities and tours offered by E Powered Solutions 2, LLC you will be charged directly by the activity/tour provider. In these cases, when exactly your credit card will be charged is up to the activity/tour provider. In most of these cases you will be charged at the time the reservation is made or after the cancellation policy has expired. In some cases you will not be charged until you check in and will need to present our credit card at that time. All “no-shows” and cancellations after the cancellation period has expired will be charged the full amount.

All passengers must re-confirm the selected tour by following the directions on the confirmation e-mail that we send you. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in correct pick up location at the correct time as stated on your booking confirmation (we ask that you be ready at least 10 minutes before pick-up time). If we cannot reach you or hear from you within 24-48 hours of the intial tour reservation request, your reservation will be considered incomplete and cancelled.

Tours may include some element of risk. E Powered Solutions 2, LLC – assume no liability for injuries or loss of any kind. Please make sure you follow the rules of each tour/activity, as each tour/activity has different rules and policies. Pictures of tours displayed on this website are not always accurate, so please do not base your decisions solely on pictures. No smoking is permitted in tour vehicles or aircraft. Tour guide gratuity is at passengers discretion and not included unless otherwise written.

Please, read your confirmation clearly to ensure you have entered the correct date you wish to conduct the tour/activity or show. Orders placed and subsequently cancelled prior to 48 hours before tour date receive a 10% penalty charge (10% of tour price) per person. You will be issued a full refund with no penalty charge if the tour/activity is cancelled by the vender (due to weather conditions, etc).

Please speak to one of our representatives for cancellations and changes. All prices and availability will be confirmed to you within 24-48 business hours of your order (we tend to respond substantially faster most of the time). Any unforeseen changes in price or availability will be advised in your confirmation (this rarely happens, but, we need to clarify this issue). We have guaranteed departures. Once you receive your confirmation you are set! We reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, park, & state agencies. Your card will not be charged if we must cancel a tour.
